GCC's First Translation & Digitization Platform for Blue-Collar Workers' Professional Training
Nanmo began as a student organization teaching English to service workers. After graduating, the founders discovered a deeper issue: language barriers limited blue-collar workers across all industries. Employees with decades of experience had an untapped potential and a yearning for education and development, yet there was no dedicated pathway tailored to their work routines and needs. After many iterations and failed solutions, we landed on the current form of Nanmo: a marketplace connecting companies to training centers, digitizing and translating training material, delivering it through a dedicated learning management system for blue collar workers. We are currently testing our MVP and collecting feedback directly from workers to ensure we're building exactly what they need.
Our Vision: To be the region's most trusted Corporate Social Responsibility platform for empowering blue-collar workers through accessible, skill-based training, while enabling companies and training centers to build inclusive, high-performing workforces across the GCC. Our Mission: To create a scalable learning ecosystem that enables lifelong learning by connecting companies with accredited training centers to upskill their workforce and close skill gaps.
Working with Nanmo gives interns a first-hand look at running a startup and paints a holistic image beyond the tech. As an early-stage startup, working with Nanmo means contributing real value and laying the foundations. Flexible work hours are balanced with weekly meetings where you learn new skills and tackle your challenges with mentors. Teamwork is encouraged, progress is monitored individually, but without micro-management. Creativity and innovation are welcome -- we are here to listen to your ideas and learn from your feedback.
